🏝 Welcome to Saltwater & Sunsets! This home reflects the charm of 30A while keeping comfort at the heart of your stay. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths that sleeps 6. The living area blends with the well equipped kitchen. Situated in a beautiful resort like community just blocks to the community pool, .5 m to Public Beach access (4 minute drive to Inlet Beach with ample parking) and various other nearby public beaches, .5 m to 30Avenue’s shops & dining, 1m to Alys & Rosemary Beach’s restaurants & boutiques.

Guests can also enjoy the community dock on Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in North America. The community borders Camp Helen State Park, perfect for nature lovers that can access scenic trails and enjoy wildlife areas including birding &  fishing opportunities. 

THE SPACE

The living area has a comfortable sofa with a large TV and swivel chairs for relaxing. The expansive kitchen is equipped for your meal prep and ease of use for memorable meals. If you prefer to dine out the area offers a vast ara of options. You can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on a number of open air deck spaces.

From the community of Grande Point you can enjoy wonderful nature trails to spacious beaches. It is a beach paradise with generous beaches, wildlife and a sense of relaxation that is increasingly rare to find. Whether you’re seeking outdoor adventures, time with family or friends, a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat this area has it all making it a hidden gem that beckons to be explored and cherished. We hope to share our cozy home with you as a place to experience the tranquility of beach life.

We sleep 6 but if small children could possibly accommodate 7 . 

GUEST ACCESS:

You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. There is an electronic keypad on the front door that will provide access to the home. We will send you the code prior to arrival. Guests have private access to the entire home and property.

Other things to note

We do have an exterior security camera that monitors the grounds for safety but no camera looks into the house. If any camera is tampered with guests will be required to leave.

No refunds for weather, power or WIFI outages or other incidents outside of our control. We do recommend our guests consider trip insurance. Additionally you will likely see and hear critters, like lizards and insects, we do have routine Pest Control but it will not stop all insects from trying to access the house, we will not give refunds for such items.

Inlet Beach is tucked into the Florida panhandle and is found bordering Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Camp Helen State Park. Easy access when driving into the area or fly into Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) for convenient access to the home.

🐠 WILDLIFE:

You can spot dolphins frolicking in the Gulf, manatees slowly navigating the canals in warmer month, and a diverse range of bird species like ospreys, pelicans, and herons. Or enjoy fish in both salt and freshwater areas.
